ITINERARY

DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL (No Meal)

Welcome to the historical city of Vietnam, Hanoi. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our local guide English speaking airport assistant who will assist you in your airport transfer from the airport to the hotel. Upon check in hotel, it will be free at leisure for you. Do make full use of this time to do a bit of shopping at the nearby Dong Xuan Market. There are a wide range of things to shop for in this market, ranging from local products to beautiful hand crafted souvenirs. Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 2: HA NOI TOURS FULL DAY CITY(B/L/D)

Good morning Vietnam! Wake up for a nice and warm breakfast before you embark on your venture around this capital city. You will begin your journey in an open bus. Your first stop will be Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Museum(closed on Monday and Friday and everyday afterrnoon). Enjoy the architectural and historical aspects of Uncle Ho’s final resting place. Just next door is Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts. Lying to one side of the Mausoleum is the One Pillar Pagoda; founded by King Ly Thai To in 1049. The structure has become an important symbol for the people of Hanoi. Continue to visit the Quan Thanh Temple (Taoist – dating from the Ly Dynasty) and the Buddhist Tran Quoc Pagoda on the West Lake (one of the oldest in Vietnam) before you break for lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch, you will proceed to visit the Literature Temple and Quoc Tu Giam. Being Vietnam’s first university constructed in 1070, its gardens and well preserved architecture offers a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam’s past. Thereafter, you will get a chance to enjoy the peaceful waters and sceneries of Hoan Kiem Lake before heading to Ngoc Son Temple. At the end of the tour, you may want to venture around the Hanoi Old Quarter for more bargains on the local products and souvenirs. Dinner at local restaurant & overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 3: HANOI - HALONG BAY DAILY TRIP (B/L/D)

Good morning ladies and gentlemen. After breakfast, you will embark on another exciting journey to one of the natural wonders of Asia and that is the famous Halong Bay. The ride to Halong Bay from Hanoi is going to take about 3.5 hours. However as you will be on board an open bus, your long ride will never be boring as you are going to enjoy many beautiful sceneries along the way, unblocked by absolutely nothing at all. Upon arriving at Halong Bay, you will hop on to an ancient Vietnamese junk boat which you will get to cruise through the emrald waters between the limestone outcrops and long corridors. During the cruise, you will also get to visit the Thien Cung cave or Sungsot cave. A sumptuous seafood lunch will be served while cruising around the Halong Bay. After enjoy a breath-taking ride around the Bay, you will be transferred back to the hotel in the early evening. Dinner at local restaurant & overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 4: HA NOI DEPARTURE (B)

Breakfast at hotel, free at leisure then transfer to the airport for your flight back home with Assemble as per agreed schedule at hotel’s lobby for pre-arranged transfer services to airport, flight home with “AN AMAZING HOLIDAY EXPERIENCE IN VIETNAM”.
